£25 could pay for an hour's complimentary therapy session - acupuncture, massage, shiatsu, reflexology, homeopathy. These therapies provide great relief from the range of secondary health problems which affect many people with HIV.

£48 could pay for one person to receive an HIV test in one of our Fastest centres, all within one hour in a non-judgemental environment.

£65 could pay for a counselling session for someone who is newly diagnosed, dealing with health side effects or feeling anxious or depressed.

£100 could cover the cost of providing a peer support session for 10 - 40 people affected by HIV.
